Inject worked closely with the Inovayt leadership team to build the people and performance foundations required to support rapid growth, and to keep evolving them as the business scaled.
1. Establishing the HR fundamentals
The partnership began by putting the right HR fundamentals in place, creating a strong base for the business to grow from with confidence and consistency.

Inject introduced a range of structured people processes designed to give leaders and team members clarity on how they could grow, perform and contribute, including:

3. Recruitment and leadership capability
Inject supported Inovayt with end to end hiring and candidate assessment, including bringing new leaders into the business from outside the industry to introduce fresh thinking and broaden capability. Leadership training was also delivered to strengthen the leaders driving the business forward.
4. HR strategy and workforce planning
Inject and Inovayt worked collaboratively on HR strategy and workforce planning, shaping the organisational design and the roles of the future required to support the business as it continued to scale.
