Universal Mortgage Experts (UME) had built a strong reputation across Toukley and the Central Coast of NSW for delivering exceptional service to their clients.
Led by Nathan and Kristel Aird, the business had grown steadily on the back of strong relationships, a dedicated team, and an office culture that brought genuine energy and vibrance to the workplace.

As the business continued to grow, the next challenge became clear: creating the structure and leadership capability required for the team to operate more independently. The goal was to reduce the day-to-day operational load on Nathan and Kristel while ensuring the business could continue scaling without losing the culture and service quality that had built its reputation.

We also strengthened hiring practices and probation management processes to ensure new team members were integrated effectively and set up for success from the outset.
Alongside these structural improvements, Inject worked directly with Nathan and Kristel on leadership development, delivering tailored leadership training as well as team capability workshops designed to strengthen collaboration, communication, and leadership capability across the business.
Throughout the partnership, UME valued having a trusted HR partner who understood the context of their business, providing practical guidance and support when navigating important people decisions.
